The Solution

Victoria Leisure Centre has a southerly facing rooftop making it an ideal site for solar energy generation. Energy Services delivered the roof top solar project for the leisure centre. A 43.22 kWp roof solar panel system. This PV system was installed without any disruption to the day-to-day running of the popular leisure centre.

The Experience

A full inspection of the roof was undertaken to ensure the longevity of the structure before installation. Health and safety measures were taken to ensure the busy site caused no risk to members of the public using facilities.

Having Solar PV will protect the leisure centre against electricity bill inflation and help Nottingham City Council continue to meet its climate change targets.
