Nottingham City Council is the leading public sector organisation for energy. The council award winning Energy Services is the driving force behind this activity; delivering projects that ensure businesses and organisations have access to a secure and affordable energy supply; reducing operational costs, risks and environmental impacts.
The Solar Projects team within Energy Services installed solar across the Midlands Region during 2019/20, this will contribute to saving carbon emissions. Our in-house team of certified installers and project managers designed and fitted arrays on domestic, commercial and authority owned sites. The team will continue to monitor and maintain many of the installed systems ensuring safety and maximum yield from the arrays.
Looking to the new financial year the Solar Projects Team are looking forward to further developing the internal portfolio and working with businesses and organisations across the UK.
